| The FC Frederick Juniors Program is designed as a transition piece from the Academy Program to the Seniors Program. Targeted at middle school aged players, the Juniors Program attempts to enhance and safeguard the attacking, creative instincts developed in the Academy Program while developing better positional and tactical awareness in players. |

| The FC Frederick Seniors Program is targeted at highly committed high school age players interested in experiencing the game at the highest level available to them. Whether making a High School Varsity team, playing collegiately at the Division 1, 2, or 3 level, or embarking on a professional career, the Seniors Program is designed to help players achieve their goals. |
