CLUB EXPERIENCE
Joined FC Frederick's coaching staff in 2001. Has been a Trustee since 2002, and is the club's current Executive Director, Director of Coaching, and Academy II Girls Director. Served as the Academy Director from 2003-13, the Senior Boys Director from 2009-13, and the Senior Girls Director from 2019-23. In 2011, founded the Golden Mile Soccer program for at-risk youth in the Hillcrest/Waverley communities of Frederick City. In 2015, founded the FC Frederick NPSL minor league team. Served on the Executive Committee for the Club Champions League (2013-23). In 2012, was inducted into the Frederick County Soccer Hall of Fame.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
Has coached FCF teams/players in the following age groups: U4-U19, and the Club's NPSL & Pro23 teams. Coached FCF 94 boys to the U12 MD State Cup Finals (2007), and, with Chris Spinks, the U17 and U18 State Cup Championship and Region 1 Semi-finals (2012, 2013). Coached FCF 01 girls to the U13 MD State Cup Championship, Region 1 Championship, and National Semi-finals in 2015, and two additional State Cup Finals in 2018 & 2019. Coached FCF 05 girls to the U18 MD State Cup Championship in 2023. His players have: made State and Regional ODP teams; attended National Team camps; played collegiately at the Division I, II, and III level; received All-State, All-Region, All- Conference, and All-American accolades (high school and collegiate); and signed professional soccer contracts (outdoor and indoor). Coached teams internationally at the Rey Cup (Iceland) and Gothia Cup (Sweden); Prior to joining FCF, coached U6-U10 players in the Arizona Futbol Club (AZ).

Arizona Cotton (AZ, USISL); Phoenix Hearts (AZ, USISL); College of William & Mary (VA)(Coaches Award)(CAA Champion & NCAA Tournament, 1987); U.S. Air Force Academy (CO); Linganore High School (MD) (All State, 2 yrs; 1st Team All County and All MVAL, 3 yrs; first ever Frederick News-Post Player of the Year).
