Played for FC Frederick from 2003 to 2018. Joined FC Frederick's coaching staff in 2017.

Current Coaching: FCF Seniors Boys Program Director, current FCF 2007 Boys Coach, and Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Hood College (Frederick, MD).
Past Coaching: Has coached FCF teams/players in the following age groups: U6, U13-U19; FC Frederick PRO CCLPro23/NPSL. With Joe Benton, coached the FCF '08 boys to the U14 (2022) & U15 (2023) State Cup Finals and U15 Region 1 Championships. Middletown High School Boys Soccer (2016-22).
